## Environment

- [ ] Code execution and file creation enabled
- [ ] Network egress enabled
- [ ] `tools.flipperforce.com` added to the domain allowlist
- [ ] `flipperforce-prod.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com` added, if uploading receipts or photos
- [ ] Retailer domains added, if doing material pricing work
- [ ] New conversation opened after saving allowlist changes

## Project

- [ ] Claude Project created and named
- [ ] Project instructions pasted and customized
- [ ] Decided solo vs. shared, consistent with your key storage choice

## Knowledge files

- [ ] API key file uploaded, or key-paste process decided
- [ ] FlipperForce Public API Agent Guide uploaded
- [ ] Company profile filled in and uploaded
- [ ] Chart of accounts filled in and uploaded

## Security

- [ ] Claude instructed never to display the key
- [ ] Key rotation triggers understood: shared screen recording, laptop handoff,
      team member removed, or suspected exposure
