_FlipperForce + Claude Setup Kit — version 2026-08-31. Newest version: https://www.flipperforce.com/learn/faqs/how-do-i-connect-claude-to-flipperforce_

Your expense categories and how you actually use them. This is what makes
automated expense categorization accurate instead of plausible.

The edge cases matter more than the obvious ones. Two investors with identical
category lists often code the same receipt differently, and Claude cannot guess
which of you it is working for.

## Categories we use

[List your expense categories as they appear in FlipperForce. If you are not
sure, ask Claude to pull them: "List the expense categories on my most recent
project."]

Materials bought for one project but used on another:
Anything we deliberately keep uncategorized:

## Classes we use

[If you use the class field to split labor vs material vs subcontractor, or to
tag anything else, explain the convention here.]

## Notes

[Anything a new bookkeeper would need to be told on their first day.]
