These tools illustrate general U.S. federal income tax rules for equity compensation (including IRC §§ 83, 421, 422 and 423) and the terms of Adobe's 2019 Equity Incentive Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan as described in Adobe's public filings and plan materials. Your plan documents and award agreements control if they differ. Prices, dates and results are hypothetical, and the lines between dates are straight-line illustrations, not actual ADBE price history. Tax estimates use the flat rates you enter, not a complete tax return.

Not modeled: state and local taxes, Social Security and Medicare, the 0.9% Additional Medicare Tax, the 3.8% net investment income tax, alternative minimum tax owed or credited, wash-sale adjustments, and tax rules outside the U.S. Withholding amounts and share counts are estimates; your actual figures appear on your W-2, Forms 3921, 3922 and 1099-B, and in your E*TRADE account. Sales of Adobe stock are subject to Adobe's Insider Trading Policy and trading windows. Some award types shown are authorized under the plan but may not be offered to you. This is not tax, legal or investment advice.
