- Primary PPF: APTERIX paint protection film. Supreme Wraps has an exclusive working relationship with APTERIX for PPF supply. APTERIX PPF is available in gloss, satin and matte finishes and as Color PPF (color change plus protection in one film).
- Window tint: APTERIX SLR nano-ceramic tint. No metal content; does not interfere with phone, GPS or toll-tag signals.
- Color-change wraps: OEM-grade films from Avery Dennison, 3M and Inozetek.
- Commercial wraps: printed vinyl or printable PPF.

## Window Tint Law Summary (verify against current statute)

- Arizona: front side windows 33% VLT or lighter; rear side and rear window any darkness; windshield above AS-1 line only; max 35% reflectivity.
- Texas: front side windows 25% VLT or lighter, max 25% reflectivity; rear side any darkness; rear window any darkness with both side mirrors; windshield strip above AS-1 line or top 5 inches at 25% VLT or lighter.
- Florida: sedans front side 28% VLT, rear side and rear window 15%; SUVs, trucks and vans rear 6%; windshield above AS-1 line only; front reflectivity max 25%.
- California: front side windows 70% VLT minimum (film plus glass); rear side and rear window any darkness; windshield top 4 inches only.

## Common Questions

- Is PPF worth it? Yes for any vehicle kept more than a couple of years or where resale matters; it is the most effective protection against rock chips, bug etching and UV fading.
- Color PPF vs vinyl wrap? Color PPF is several times thicker, self-heals, and holds up better in hot climates. Vinyl offers more colors at lower cost but almost no impact protection.
- Ceramic coating vs PPF? Not substitutes. PPF provides physical impact and abrasion protection; ceramic coating adds chemical and hydrophobic protection. Many customers use both.
- Can PPF or a wrap be removed? Yes, cleanly with heat, revealing factory paint in better condition than unprotected paint.
