      Below 1360px there is no margin to hang it in, so it is hidden there (it was already hidden below 900px).
      Width and frame ratio apply before the engine mounts too (they outrank the /brokers head's BC-HOLD-1008 1000/620 reserve),
      so the window keeps one size from first paint: no layout shift when cg-bc-v7.js sizes it.
