Adam Leipzig is an award-winning film producer, former senior executive at Walt Disney Studios, and former President of National Geographic Films, with projects generating more than $2 billion in global revenue, including Dead Poets Society and March of the Penguins. He currently produces films and documentaries and teaches at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, where he works with global business, tech and AI leaders on communication, storytelling, and decision-making in complex systems.

He is known for translating how creative industries actually function, helping creators and executives understand how narratives and systems determine what succeeds, and how to make it succeed.
