Questions about brand use: press@selfinspection.com

Everything you need to represent Self Inspection accurately — the logo,
the symbol, every approved variant, and the handful of rules that keep
them consistent. Made for press, partners and anyone publishing about us.

The web page above is the source of truth. If anything here disagrees
with it, the page wins.

README.txt this file

Total: 7 SVG, 24 PNG, 1 README.

Use the SVG wherever the format allows. The PNGs exist for tools that
cannot place vectors; pick the size at or above the size you need and
scale down, never up.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
2. WHICH FILE TO USE
--------------------------------------------------------------------

The lockup pairs the symbol with the wordmark and should be used as
supplied. Pick the variant that gives the strongest contrast against
your background. Never rebuild, retype or recolour it.

Primary Blue symbol, black wordmark. The default — use this
                     on white and light backgrounds.
On dark Blue symbol, white wordmark. For black, dark and
                     photographic backgrounds.
Monochrome black One colour. Single-colour print, engraving, or
                     anywhere colour is unavailable.
Monochrome white Reversed single colour, for dark or saturated
                     backgrounds including brand blue.

The symbol on its own may be used where the full lockup will not fit —
favicons, app icons, social avatars and interface watermarks. It is not
a substitute for the logo in general communication.

On light Brand blue on white or Bone.
On dark Blue is approved on Ink, but contrast is low at
2.6:1 — use the white symbol below roughly 32 px.
On blue White symbol when the background is brand blue.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
3. CLEAR SPACE AND MINIMUM SIZE
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Clear space equals the height of the symbol.
Measure the symbol, then keep that much empty space on all four sides.
No text, graphics or page edges may enter it.

Minimum size: never below 24 px high, or 20 mm wide in print.
If the space is tighter than that, drop the wordmark and use the symbol
on its own.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
4. COLOUR
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Blue carries the brand and should be used deliberately — for primary
actions, links and key highlights, not as a background wash. Ink, Bone
and White do the structural work.

  Self Inspection Blue #014CF2 RGB 1, 76, 242
  Ink #231F23 RGB 35, 31, 35
  Bone #F7F6F5 RGB 247, 246, 245
  White #FFFFFF RGB 255, 255, 255

The wordmark inside the supplied logo files uses #080808, a near-black
tuned for the mark itself. Use Ink #231F23 for body copy and interface
text.

Do not apply gradients, tints or alternative colours to the logo.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
5. TYPOGRAPHY
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Self Inspection is set in StackSans — a licensed commercial typeface we
are not able to redistribute, so it is NOT included in this pack. If you
do not hold a licence, set text in a neutral grotesque such as Inter,
Helvetica Now, or your system sans. Never substitute a display,
condensed, rounded or slab face.

The wordmark in the supplied logo files is outlined artwork, so it needs
no font to display correctly.

  Headline 64 / 68 · -0.99px
  Section 48 / 56 · -0.50px
  Subhead 24 / 32
  Body 16 / 24

--------------------------------------------------------------------
6. WHAT NOT TO DO
--------------------------------------------------------------------

The logo is supplied as a finished piece of artwork. If you find
yourself editing it, stop and use one of the approved variants instead.

  Don't stretch or squash it
  Don't change the colours
  Don't rotate it
  Don't add shadows or effects
  Don't alter the spacing
Don't place it inside a shape

--------------------------------------------------------------------
7. IMAGERY
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Our photography shows real inspections being performed on real vehicles.
Two perspectives carry almost all of it: the inspector's point of view
with the phone screen visible, and an external view of the inspection
taking place.

Do
Show the inspector, the vehicle and the workflow together
Hold the phone vertically, standing upright
Use multiple angles — front, rear, sides, close details
Layer real product UI over vehicle imagery when it explains something

Don't
Use generic stock, staged or overly polished scenes
Show crouching, bending or awkward posture
Set it in an office, a repair shop, or a lifestyle scene
Invent UI overlays that don't exist in the real product

Photography is not included in this pack. Approved images are available
on request — email press@selfinspection.com and tell us where it will run.

8. PERMISSION
--------------------------------------------------------------------

These assets are free to use within the rules on this page and on the
brand guidelines page. They remain the property of Self Inspection and
may not be used to imply a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that
does not exist.

When placing the Self Inspection logo alongside a partner logo, keep
clear space around both, align by visual height rather than text
baseline, use a thin vertical divider if one is needed, and do not
combine the two into a single lockup.
