## Documents & Searches

Title searches, plans, instruments and ASIC company documents can be ordered from
any plan, including Starter, and are delivered instantly to your account. They are
charged per document rather than included in the subscription. Advanced plans
receive discounted rates, and Enterprise customers get volume-based pricing that
improves as usage grows.

## Fair Use

Unlimited Premium Property Reports and High Resolution Aerial Imagery on paid
plans are subject to a fair use policy.

Select the plan you want. If you do not have a Landchecker profile you will be
prompted to create one; if you already have a Starter profile you can log in, and
if you are already logged in you will go straight to checkout. You can also
register your details to have a team member get in touch.
