CAMVER launches Fleet AI OS to predict EV battery hazards

CAMVER launched Fleet AI OS for electric and purpose-built vehicle fleets, drawing on six years of operating 145 vehicles across 4.5 million accident-free kilometres. The Seoul company says its current customers include Hyundai Motor, Kia, Hyundai Engineering, and Hyundai Glovis.
The system combines OBD2 telematics, environmental sensors, and in-vehicle cameras into a vehicle-specific behavioural model rather than treating each signal separately. It compresses the result into a 0–100 Fleet Risk Index, with alerts above 70 and remote intervention above 85.
CAMVER reports certified fire-anomaly accuracy, a 0.18-second hazard judgement time, 99.94% remote-actuation accuracy, and 99.925% uptime. Its commercial pilots reported 45% fewer safety events, 18% higher utilization, and 20% lower maintenance cost, although those outcomes are vendor-reported.
