FullSession | Chatbot testing checklist: can your support AI answer, act and hand over? | Roman Mohren | October 2026 Article: https://www.fullsession.io/blog/chatbot-testing-checklist CHATBOT TEST MATRIX AND RUN LOG A reusable launch test for a support and website-sales AI agent. Every observed, result and owner field is blank on purpose: fill them in from your own run. Nothing in this file reports a completed test. HOW TO USE THIS FILE 1. Replace the example prompts (fictional company: Acme Invoicing) with real questions and actions from your own queue. Keep the IDs. 2. Before the run, check each Expected behavior and Pass rule. Rows marked "Documented" check behavior FullSession publishes for Support & Sales Desk (https://www.fullsession.io/solutions/support-sales-desk, checked 19 October 2026). All other rows state a requirement your team sets. 3. Fill in Part A (run log) before the first prompt. 4. Run every row in the real setup: same widget, pages, connected knowledge and MCP connection as launch. Use fictional test identities and fictional data only. Point any data-changing action at test records. 5. Record what happened in Observed, word for word where it matters. Mark Result as pass or fail. Name the Owner of each fix. 6. Launch only when every row marked Blocks launch = Yes passes. Report counts ("20 of 20 passed"), not percentages. 7. The rows are pipe-delimited. Paste Part B into a spreadsheet and split on "|". A passing run shows the setup handled these prompts. It is not an accuracy percentage. Twenty clean prompts are still consistent with a true failure rate as high as about 15 percent at 95 percent confidence (rule of three: 3 divided by 20).
