TopBraid Composer - All Editions

- Change:  OK/Assign button on forms now has a different icon to clarify that user needs to hit enter.

- Change:  "Set default namespace" check box in create dialogs is now off by default.

- Change:  Auto-complete no longer replaces partial string to the right of the cursor.

- Change:  C14N Turtle writer is now the only option, including in TBC-FE and TBC-SE.

- Feature: Turtle writer now honors user preference General > Workspace > New text file line delimiter.

- Feature: Export SPARQL results to text files now uses the preference General > Workspace > Text file encoding.
